Gin & Jam
Create a classic on our cocktail menu at home
This simple creation marries Pinkster agreeably British Raspberry Gin with a delightful dose of Tiptree jam. A touch of lemon juice adds a little balance to this Fistral classic.
What you'll need.
- Tiptree Raspberry Jam
- 50ml Pinksters Gin
- 25ml Lemon Juice
- 15ml Sugar Syrup
How you'll do it.
- Add a teaspoon of raspberry jam with the rest of the ingredients and ice to the shaker.
- Shake, shake, shake.
- Strain over crushed ice into your glass of choice (we use a gin coupe).
- Garnish with another dollop of raspberry jam and a couple of raspberries.
