Looking after our regular guests has always been a key part of our ethos, generation after generation stay with us and we love welcoming them back each year. The way people book has changed to mainly online reservations so we find the best way to express our gratitude to our loyal guests is though the loyalty scheme. How it works
Receive 15% off our bed & breakfast and dinner, bed & breakfast rates all year round, when booked 31 days in advance.
Receive points for £ spent during a stay with us. Once you have built up your points, you'll be able to discover redeemable gift experiences to enjoy during your next stay to use for yourself or give as a gift to friends, family or colleagues.

Not staying with us?
If you're just visiting, and not staying for any overnight stays, we're extending the invite to be part of something special... Our Locals Loyalty Club works the same way and is free to join. Simply pick up your Locals Loyalty card when visiting Dune Restaurant, Bay Bar or Fistral Spa, register here and start earning points for every £ spent to redeem on experience vouchers to use on your next visit.
Points can be redeemed on Afternoon Tea, Bay Bar food & drink, Dune Restaurant food & drink and spa treatments at Fistral Spa.

Please note, Fistral Beach Hotel retains the right to remove offers at any time. Book early to avoid disappointment. Reward stays only available between 1st October to the 31st May excluding bank and school holidays. All upgrades and late check outs are subject to availability.
