4.45pm – Head down to the Bay Bar for introductions with your Yoga teacher Jane Forster and admire the ocean views
5.00pm – 6.15pm – Vinyasa and Yin Yoga Your first session will help to open your hips and relieve stress
7.30pm – Welcome Drinks Reception in the Bay Bar
8.00pm – Enjoy a three-course evening meal in Dune Restaurant as the gorgeous seascapes will relax you as your enjoy our seasonal menu of locally landed fare
SATURDAY 9TH APRIL 2016
8.30am – 9.30am – Energising vinyasa yoga Start a fresh with your morning session, that’ll leave full of energy and set you up for the day
The day is yours to explore. Take a stroll over the golden sand of Fistral and head into town for a local beverage or snack or perhaps indulge in a relaxing ESPA treatment at Fistral Spa – remember guests receive 10% discount

5.00pm – 6.15pm – Restorative yoga by candlelight* Enjoy a soothing evening session that will leave you feeling completely relaxed — 8.00pm Enjoy a three-course evening meal in Dune Restaurant

10.00am – 11.00am – Vinyasa yoga
To close your break, this morning session moves deeper into the vinyasa yoga practice opening your hearth centre
12pm – We’ve organised a late check out for you, but please feel free to use the Vitality Suite until 6pm – we can store your luggage for you.
